I’ve been contemplating my path lately and all that has bought me to where I am today.

The healing work I’ve devoted myself to and the space I’ve held for myself, my community and clients is possibly reflected through the relationship I have been cultivating with myself. It wasn’t always this way and it’s been a non linear journey of unfolding, forgiving and so many detours, and yet it is the greatest relationship I will ever have.
One i’d tell my younger self is the most beautiful home I’ll ever create.

I am a firm believer in the mind-body/gut-spirit connection and know that each aspect of Self ultimately breaths as One. The separation we have created between them is where the disharmony begins to manifest.
When one truth is swallowed, so many follow just as easily, creating a cycle of self betrayal and abandonment with your Soul, your emotions, wellbeing and sense of Self.

It doesn’t always manifest in big ways, in fact it’s usually in the form of many small daily betrayals. Not doing the thing you promised yourself, pushing down the desires that fuel your joy, saying yes when you really meant no, holding it all in, biting your tongue to keep the peace, health coming last. I’m no stranger to self sacrifice or people pleasing and these are all habits learned in order to create safety where there was a lack of nurture in putting yourself first. Others mattered more.

Unknowingly, the belief is created; ‘I don’t matter.’

This is far more common than we like to admit.

As someone who has worked hard to create stronger boundaries and reclaim my sense of Self, it gets easier the more you make space to listen to the quiet voice rather than wait for the loud screams. Our bodies are always talking to us, we often pay more attention to the noise of the mind than the hum of our gut.

You matter.
Your rage matters.
Your truth matters.
Your voice matters.
Your authenticity matters.
Your joy and peace matters.
Your pain and discomfort matters.
Your passions and pleasure matters.
Your contributions and presence matters.
Your sense of safety and wellbeing matters.

When you heal your soul stories and wounds, you aren’t simply changing the narrative from one story to another, you are unfolding into BEING more of your True Self.

It is an initiation guided by your soul to REMEMBER.

I became aware of my wounded masculine through the toxic work environments I found myself in over the last 12 years in the events industry.

My value was measured by my output and productivity, creating an over analytical, critical and perfectionist mindset. I burnt out more times than I can remember, exhausted myself to prove my worth and never listened to my body until it was too late.

Even as I left the events industry, (it was never about the job), my mindset came with me and living from my soul callings, guided by my heart felt so painful and disjointed.

The real healing came years later, when I acknowledged the soul wounds and karmic imprints I not only developed in this life, but deeply held within me from past/parallel lives.

Diving deeper into my Vedic astrology chart, I saw how my wounded Chiron in Taurus carried pain around my Self worth being based on external and conditional factors.

Healing the wounded masculine is often a deep ancestral soul cry to find stability, Security and abundance as a soft hum of ease in your body.

I know I’m not alone in this and many women are finding their way home to the masculine consciousness in a way that truly feels safe, grounded and present.

Today is freedom or independence day in India 🧡🤍💚 and although it is a day of political significance, I found myself feeling deeply humbled and overcome with emotions for the Spirit of Ma India, her sacred land and Mother Goddess more than anything else.

Returning to India and settling into deepening my roots here whilst following my dharma has been a journey of being with Divine Mother and her unconditional love in ways that has quite literally bought me to tears on most days.

The last year has been the most karmically healing and powerful portal of Soul Reclamation I’ve ever experienced!

We so often give so much of ourselves away in all our relationships, seeking validation, acceptance, approval, emotional safety and comfort from others, in wanting to be loved for who we are, that we miss the opportunity to cultivate a foundation of unconditional love from within.

Reclaiming the parts of my Soul that longed to feel enough meant healing my karmic baggage and ancestral wounds around the stability and consistency of love no longer being something found outside of myself.

Remembering more of my Soul, through my breath, my voice and being present in my body throughout my journey has been a deep process of coming home to my humanity, rather than escaping it.

There was a time when abundance was more about acquiring and less about tuning in, but that way of living is not sustainable and never truly feels soul satisfying.

Moving to India during the monsoon ☔️ may have been a bad idea to some, but for me, the more I followed the excitement I couldn’t quite make sense of, the more I was trusting my soul and the universe, despite appearances.

I knew something magical was occurring.

As I followed the call, I was already tuning into the vibration of abundance, overflow and nourishment that the monsoons offer, all before arriving. ✨🌊 🌴 🌧️ ✨💫 🪐 ♋️

As a cancer ♋️ sun and rising (in Vedic astrology) i found myself receiving, allowing, trusting Mother Nature to provide for me during a season I never really knew was my own. (Big Leo energy in western astrology! 🙋🏽‍♀️).

Sometimes it takes our darkest hour to surrender to God.

And in that time it can also feel God is nowhere to be found.

There was a time when I was too afraid to talk about my connection with the snakes.

From channeling past life shamanic wisdom, to sharing the medicine from my own snake spirit guide and embodying the lessons ive learned along the way.

The Naga or Serpent is the inner spiritual fire that lives within all of us, which burns away separation and unites us with more of our authentic Soul Self.

For me personally, the snake was once a representation of a misunderstood energy ancestrally, karmically and socially. I was both attracted to them and yet so afraid of them!

I was afraid of being in my divine feminine energy and sharing my spiritual gifts.
I was haunted by the pain of ancestral wounds caused by the wounded masculine controlling, judging and suppressing the feminine to be in her magic and power.
I was afraid of expressing my own shadows.
I feared unexpected change.
I was afraid to step into my light and own my shadows.

As I began healing my karmic and ancestral wounds around reclaiming more of my Soul’s magic, the snake was an ally of inner alchemy, turning pain into power and peace.

The snake is a reflection of both the light and dark that lives within us and the necessity for both in our lives. The energy of creation and destruction born from the Divine within us.

This is a great time for a mental, emotional and spiritual check-in to ensure you’re giving from a full cup!

Full disclosure. Last year I experienced so many sudden changes, transitions and huge waves of anxiety, my self care rituals dwindled. I was giving from an empty cup for some time and I burned out. I was devastated.

I had to be radically honest about my deepest needs, my capacity and boundaries.

So I began…

Reconnecting with my inner mother with intentional deep nurture and nourishment.
I listened to the needs of my inner that I didn’t even realise I had been ignoring.
I let go of comparison and lent into honouring the personal soul season I was in.
I returned inwards, tending to myself as a home that required my protection and compassion, not just maintenance.
I felt myself return to Receiving.
I opened to FEEL support from life carrying me, rather than pushing against it.
Trust returned. I was held by unseen helpers,
by Mother Earth, and my practices realigned with her seasons too.

When you have outgrown one way of being and you’re repeating karmic patterns in a comfort zone, your Soul knows when it’s time for a breakthrough and expansion.

This time last year, I had joined a tantric retreat in India, as a teaching assistant and tantrika in training.

I met women from all walks of life, cultures and beliefs with varying experiences of what led them to Tantra/the Union of Self.

The thread that connected us all was the deep rooted pain of disconnecting from our Inner Goddess/Shakti. The center of our Wisdom and our body as our home.

We shared, we laughed, we cried, we embraced, we awakened, we expanded, we remembered, we danced, we healed and unfurled layers of ancestral and generational trauma that comes from the dissociation to our bodies, our wombs and our hearts. We awakened our chakras and the Power of our unique frequency of the sacred, through our feminine vibration.

If Shiva is Presence and Consciousness through Stillness, Shakti is the life force energy that sparks FLOW and creation!

For a woman, her body is the temple from which the expression of Divine Creation must flow freely, or else she becomes stagnant, cut off from her Power, her essence, living in dis-ease and I’m in deep surrender to this healing medicine once again. 🙏🏼🌹

As we begin Navratri, the 9 nights of Shakti, honouring Durga Ma, the Divine Mother in her 9 forms, I am reminded of the healing and impact of a woman conscious and embodied in the Power of her Shakti and the safety of her inner masculine.

I am reminded of the importance of sisterhood as a means to support and heal the nervous system as we trust in the ancient sacred medicine of our wombs, hearts and voices once again.

Navratri is a period of deep rest, replenishment and nurture of the Self through honouring both the Inner warrior Goddess,the inner Divine Mother and Shakti in all her forms.🙏🏼🌸🌺🌹🤍🔥📿🪶🕊️🧿

When I started to piece together the deeper meaning of my Samskara (soul memory) using karmic astrology it suddenly made sense why I had such strong feelings and beliefs since childhood that I hadn’t necessarily experienced yet.

This was the unconscious memory of my ancestral karma within the family lineage and bloodline being felt through me.

Later in life, those strong subconscious feelings and repeated patterns in certain areas of my life all weaved back to my ancestral karma.

It was all linked and in my birth chart!

All the ways personal power may have been given away to others.

Relationships were where power struggles occurred and created a distrust with feminine wisdom and masculine presence.

Relationships were where Wholeness was found and so they became a reflection of the unbalanced energetics of Self (masculine and feminine).

Whilst there is so much light to be found in your karmic astrology it continues to be just another Soul story we carry over, until we start healing and living the karmic energy signatures in their healed and higher expressions through us.

This is how we liberate ourselves from the past and expand into who we chose to be. More whole, more aware and more of the love that our stories have kept us separated us from.

Often we ignore all the ways the Universe and our Higher Self are guiding us, until a loving hand from the Universe stops us in our tracks and we take an unexpected tumble and fall.

Hello Autumn! 🍂

Whilst I believe the North Star energy of our Soul, our highest point of potential and inner light is always guiding us no matter the Soul season, there are particular natural cycles in our collective that heighten our ability to perceive this energy even more and utilize it to propel us onto a path of greater Soul alignment.

Autumn is a time to clear the mind and body of the old stories and dust the cobwebs of the past. It’s also equally important to know that as we allow this to occur, we inevitably make space to feel, perceive and sense the new that wishes to come through.

As we make space within, we tune into our inner wisdom and our North Star energy!

We may only get glimpses, but these are the initial stages of the new willing you forward into your next iteration.

During this liminal space between eclipses we’re currently in, so much is being purged and this season continues to encourage this with surrender and trust.

As we release ourselves from the scripts and stories that have served our growth and no longer our highest potential, we begin to become more of our Truest and Whole Self.

So often it’s hard to let go of an old story because the trade off is not being right or staying comfortable.

Many of us find safety in our old stories because we don’t know who we are without them.

One question I’ve been journaling on lately as the old is being released is, ‘who would I be without this story and belief about myself?’

What does life feel like for her (my future self) to live this way now? And to really feel into this way of being.

I’ve also been leaning into my go to energy releasing practice of EFT/tapping to clear emotions and tune into my inner wisdom during this period.

It’s so easy to get caught up in our sense of ‘doing’ that we forget the Power of our BEING.

When we haven’t cultivated a relationship with our own being, through Presence, it’s very easy to feel there is no value here and so we naturally place more emphasis on what we can do for another, rather who we are being.

Long lasting, impactful healing will always come from Presence and whilst it’s not up to us to heal or change anyone, the energy of Presence is always enough to create a shift, whether we realise it or not.

Presence is the key to reflecting the truth to another and also remembering the truth within ourselves.

Truth is, you are ALWAYS ENOUGH in all of humanity.

Rather than rushing to get to the good part, allowing yourself to feel ENOUGH even in the uncomfortable, will be the soothing balm of remembrance needed to help you move through the hardest part of your journey or when it comes to being a friend to another.

Often this isn’t given us to when we share our pain because many are still learning there is great strength in the softening.

Between the full lunar eclipse on 17th September and the new moon solar eclipse on 2nd October, this is a potent time for inner healing, transformation, connecting with Self and honouring our ancestors.

Be it through the wisdom and soul gifts within us that are yet to be discovered or by expanding into more of who we came here to be, our ancestors are connected to us by a sacred thread of karma.

Getting to know the language of your heart need not be complicated. In ancient Indian teachings it’s said that it takes many lifetimes for us to become less ignorant to the experience of oneness with God/Source/Universe.

It is something we have perhaps been working our way towards for eons.

If you are learning to honour the phases of personal transformations with faith and courage, then perhaps you too remember that there is a purpose to even the more subtle, slower, darker, inward, uncertain phases of life you’re in.

For me personally I have been learning to honour my own unique cycles and come into that union, remembering the presence of life that is always with me. For it’s a life altering shift to find union with Source during these growth periods.

When you return into the world, or perhaps choose to go inwards, having taken the turn you needed, life will not appear the same after, as you are no longer the same Soul.

You will have been diving for gold and retrieved what was needed for you to remember.🤎

You are neither behind or ahead.

You are exactly where you need to be.

One of the things that has helped me immensely on my path is to accept the timing of my Soul, the chapters, seasons and cycles that I move through, which are as unique as my Soul.

When we stop fighting against our own nature, the nature of our Soul can be revealed even more brightly, helping us move through the change, transformation and evolution destined for us!

I’ve found that comparison kills the spark of living in your purpose, for going your own way always lights the path of your Souls highest potential.

This isn’t an easy mindset shift for many of us and so I’m sharing this in the hope that it supports you into surrendering to your own rhythms 🪷🌀

How much can change in a year! 🤯

This was the year, life asked me to lean into loving my shadows even more, so I can be at peace even through the darkness.

This has been a year of trusting my inner masculine to protect, hold space and commit to my inner feminine in such way, I tasted the worthiness, harmony and power that comes from self union.

This has been a year of truly reclaiming joy as my birthright, not just in the simple moments when it’s easy, but even more so when it came to taking risks and following my passions.

This has been a year of trying a new way of life in Goa and honoring the ancient wisdom in my Hindu lineage.

This has been a year of self liberation whilst expressing myself through the messy or uncomfortable moments that come with authenticity and holding my inner child along the way.

This was the year I sang more often and led my first Bhakti yoga gathering, expressing my love and devotion with the Divine in a way that brings me home to my body.

This year Vedic trantra helped me heal the witch wound in my lineage even more deeply than I imagined.

I fell more deeply in love with being more of myself than I ever have.

Just when you think, a lovely insta worthy story comes with a ‘hey look what I did by 25 or 30’, it doesn’t 😅 age and time are constructs based on an illusion of ourselves. real life rarely works like that.

Life operates through your Souls timing, at your unique pace and with what you choose for yourself along the way of following your rythym.

At 38, I am more at home within my Soul and Self than I’ve ever been and not because I have it all figured out, because I don’t and I am okay with that.

Today I give so much thanks for all the souls that have crossed my path in the tiniest, random moments, to those who have had the biggest karmic and destined impact, in all the ways. Thank you! ❤️🌹

Past life remembrances have been a huge part of my life since I was a child and my spiritual awakening journey at 14.

It took me some time to trust and live by what I knew, felt and saw beyond the physical in this one incarnation.

I believe our Souls choose to move through some of the deepest karmic patterns and soul wounds to not just learn the toughest lessons that perhaps have taken lifetimes to master, but more so to become more of our True Soul Self through alchemy and self mastery.

An important message to help anyone feeling and identifying with the chaos that change and transformation can bring up for you.

If you’re moving through your shadows and what surfaces feels too heavy, difficult or overwhelming in any way, the question that comes through to assist you is, ‘can you feel your pain, without judgement?’

Fun fact..Once upon a time, I was a judge for Guinness World Records when I was 23-25 and travelled the world (hello 5th house in Sagittarius ♐️)..I had the time of my life!!!

Travelling to a new country every week, i was adjudicating the most fascinating records & seeing the world in a completely unique way.

Unknowingly at that time, I awakened a very important placement in my Souls blueprint aka my natal chart.

The energy of my inner Wanderer and Spiritual Seeker.

Up until this point, I was a terrible flyer!! I was that child that was already being sick before we reached the airport 🥴 I never imagined travelling weekly, let alone seeing the world! But the Soul knows when it’s time!

Everywhere I went, remote villages, sleepy towns or bustling cities, I was meeting spiritually awakened people. Without any prompts from me, they would talk about auras, chakras, their psychic abilities and something inside me felt so connected to it all!

This was also a time when i began communicating with my spirit guides, angels and my mediumship abilities started to awaken.

In 2010, on the 10th October at 10:10 I adjudicated my favourite Guinness world record, with @gyalwangdrukpa in the valley of the Himalayas ⛰️😍🙏🏼💫 in Ladakh, as over 53,000 people each planted a tree 🌳 in an effort to help with the landslides.

The day before I met His Holiness I had a past life remembrance of being in this exact place. It changed my understanding of the Soul, our time here, karma, past lives and our dharmas.

The experience still leaves me speechless when I recall having what felt like a past life regression in real time.

After my time with GWR, I continued following my souls calling to sacred lands but with a lot of subconscious resistance.

Why wasn’t I settled in one place? Always on the move? Why didn’t my life look like everyone else’s at my age?

Through karmic astrology, I became aware of my karmic patterns, soul wounds and imprints that kept me from being my most authentic self, my Golden Soul Self 🌞

I started reclaiming parts of my soul that are my guiding light 🕊️ and the journey continues ✨

I’ll admit this wasn’t always my process and yet embracing my humanity to dive deeper into my shadows has been so integral to self accepting being my most authentic self with greater ease and peace. 🙏🏼🕊️

This has been the key for me to experience greater freedom. To simply just be myself.

Spirituality and self healing in a way that embraces your humanity is so crucial to living a balanced and fulfilled life.

I believe our natal charts through karmic astrology can show us exactly which parts of ourselves we are here to bring home into our conscious awareness, in a way perhaps we have not done yet, life time after life time.

Whilst I believe a lot of misinformation has floated around the spiritual community around ascension, I also know there’s no one size fits all along the path. So much of my joy and what keeps me grounded revolves around being in nature. So much so, I relocated to Goa last year.

Soul purpose/dharma is not just the work you’re here to do, it’s also about WHO you’re being.

In 2021 Karmic astrology found me, in the depths of my shadows, I was determined to find a way through so I could end personal patterns and cycles from repeating.

I knew there were deep subconscious beliefs holding me back from living in my authenticity and simply being at greater peace within myself. It all extended far deeper than just this lifetime.

I was continuously attracting relationships of all kinds into my life that were mirroring the subconscious soul wounds and past life traumas I believed about myself and others. The pain seemed never ending.

For me, relationships are where I will experience the most karmic imprints, patterns and pain subconsciously and yet this is also the place where there is the potential for the greatest growth, healing and fulfillment!

Karmic astrology showed me the deep soul wounds and shadows I carried over from past lives, but it also gave me the exact roadmap and blueprint within areas of my life where old stories, beliefs and ways of being could be alchemised.

Through awareness and integration of my karmic shadows, I’ve been able to reclaim more pieces of my Soul and build a nurturing, stable and safe relationship with myself and therefore attract those that now mirror a greater sense of worthiness.

I truly believe the depths that we are willing to traverse into our inner worlds to cultivate more self love, forgiveness, acceptance and compassion are also the depths and qualities we’re able to offer others and show up in the world.

Our karmic relationship patterns have so much potential to shift once we are willing to take the first step towards self awareness as our own healers and co-creators of a new way.

✨ Welcoming a new chapter ✨☺️

Over the years I’ve gravitated towards rituals and ceremonies, whether through a morning practice, an intuitive daily routine, celebrations or marking endings and new beginnings, I didn’t realise the potent esoteric and spiritual teachings of empowerment available in my own culture and roots.

What I’ve come to understand is, rituals and ceremonies bring the spiritual/energy into the material through you, by aligning with Presence and Divinity.

It’s about creating space to remember the sacred within you.

Growing up I never resonated with giving my Power away to external forces or being told my power was outside of myself (I still don’t) and it’s taken me years to now incorporate and innerstand many Hindu practices from this expanded level of consciousness✨

This particular puja took place yesterday (31st August) to mark the end of one personal chapter and the beginning of another, going into August 🌞🌻

I’ve come to realise there’s truly no better relationship to nurture, celebrate and go all out for than the one you have with yourself! ✨🌸
